Know how we handle cancellations.

Partially Refundable / Cancellation Policy:

20% of your total reservation is charged at the time of Booking.

  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours after reservation are refunded 100% (the total prepayment minus bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of cancellation after 24 hours, 20% of the total reservation prepayment is non-refundable.
  • The outstanding balance of 80% of your total reservation is due 10 days prior to your arrival.
  • If you have paid for the total reservation and in case of cancellation more than 10 days prior to your arrival, 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded (80% of the reservation price minus bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of a no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

Non-Refundable/ Cancellation Policy:

Take advantage of our 10% discount with the non-refundable rate.

100% of your total reservation is charged at the time of Booking.

  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours after reservation are refunded 100% (the total prepayment minus bank charges, or online payment processing fees, if any).
  • In case of cancellation after 24 hours, 100% of the total reservation prepayment is non-refundable.

Please arrange your payment at the time of booking on our website, and in case of bank/wire transfer send us a copy of the transaction by email. If we don't receive payment, electronic or other, within four (4) working days from the date of booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

During check-in, our guests will have to have paid their outstanding balance. Credit card information at the time of booking will be used unless otherwise specified.
